Delineate myself from Executer99Seems to be copying and reposting. 
Just want anyone who is interested in a long position to read their submission to SEC
and if you don't understand ask a lawyer. It's a volitile stock ATM because of unsubstantiated investor hype but I see nothing in the business plan that would make me want to invest.. Please feel free to post some positve quotes here from their Form 10
