In the U.S., you need to say, "This stock is worthless, because our regulations only
leave room for multibilion dollar companies." What else is new? You don't need
patents if your process makes money. Most patents are worthless. They don't protect
you from thieves. This process was developed by people who know the magnesium
refining industry and it was developed over many years. Let's see if the U.S. grabs on
to a winning technology. WMG also has the magnesium mine to eventually supply
the refinery from Nevada. ALL IN THE U.S. The 10K is useless. IMHO
