AGM Summary Clinics - Pipeline hasn't changed. People need to stop bugging staff on site unless you want to continue pissing Rexall off grinning - 3-4 clinics under construction will open in Q3. All MDs for these clinics are already under contract and ready to roll. - Steve has told Rexall they don't engage the architects and recruit MDs until the lease is signed - There appears a need to beef up corporate head office support (perhaps in terms of headcount such as HR) to support the needs of 30 clinics Kai - Pharmachoice - Bus Dev been hard at work reaching out to the individual pharmacies to source orders. They are just starting to fill orders. - 1 more save-on location added to pilot - COVID testing in the US has slowed down, not a surprise. With Delta variant on the rise, they may see opportunities Marketing - Snow will be turning their attention to Canada imminently to raise awareness for Kai Medisure - They said its logical/reasonable to expect that the product roadmap for Medisure would be accelerated now that it's under Empower Financials - Q2 will be on track for sure, aka end of August - The 2 operational clinics in Canada from the Momentum acquisition contributed "as expected" in Q1 - Guidance appears to go against securities rules (Can someone see if other CSE-listed companies have provided revenue guidance?) - TSXV - Costly and he isn't convinced of the benefit - The new CFO when hired, will establish the core KPIs to measure business performance.
