RE:Proposed Acquisition of PerceiveMDGreat deal, traded almost 300 shares and closed down. Lot's of market support here, lol. What the hell is going on with these guy's? The new CEO is selling his private co with unaudited financials for a few million dollars in unrestricted stock!?!?! So they push this deal yet no Phyto deal signed?!?! Pathetic and the share price is a reflection of this nonsense.
