RE:RE:AGM summary

RE:RE:AGM summary Empower Clinics Shareholder Once the Sun Valley Health sale closes, would you consider this the TSX V for better exposure as a transitional exchange prior to the NASDAQ? Steve McAuley Yeah, it's a great question. We were working very closely with our, our investment banks on sort of these decisions and really what my rhythm, our rhythm for these topics does. The new coming into August off for a little bit of time. So, we really sort of start to switch into those technical modes starting next week. So, a lot more sort of internal effort on this topic. The concept of doing an intro. We don't know yet. When we would be ready for the concept of up listing to NASDAQ. We hope everything is great and the markets are great. You know we deliver on all the things that we want to deliver on. And we are ready for it. Theres significant amount of technical work that Angela would help us on. I don't know whether it makes sense at all to try to up list on the TSX. It's expensive to up list to TSX. And then if you're going to, if your goal is to go there anyhow. Is that transitional time even necessary? Do we get any lift in market awareness? We've got great liquidity, right, you don't even know even if it's not a busy news we still get the good, bad or indifferent liquidity. One of the reasons we're so popular with our investment in the investment banking community is because we have sustained liquidity, and I've worked so incredibly hard on that concept. This time last year we were a four-cent stock and I was focused on liquidity first. Because in the absence of liquidity we cant take place unless something funky is going on. So, I think our whole organization including everybody in here, the shareholder base has done a great job in contributing to liquidity. Were going to keep that focus going, and that will help us potentially accelerate this concept of up listing when were ready. But, it's, you know, we've got a goal, right. So, we're working towards those goals.
