Interesting Day

Interesting DayAll sorts of opinions and predictions so here's mine.

I think today should be a washout day. Sentiment is still negative so people will jump on that and continue to stir the pot. But analysts far smarter than most of us feel that once again, XBC had already taken the hit from the latest earnings so today could be considered "overkill". Things will calm down over the weekend, the fine details will be digested and then we can look towards the future.

As to a floor, I think $3.00 is it. I don't buy the $2.10 at all. And that is why the revised downward targets from analysts range from $3.50 to $5.00.

XBC remains in the "dog house" and will likely need at least two upbeat set of results to earn their way out of it. But they still have good potential in what will be a rapidly expanding sector and with new blood in the company who know what is required to improve the situation. IMHO, for those with a longer term investment horizon, purchasing XBC in the $3.00 range is a no brainer.

Enjoy the weekend. GLTA
