RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Whats this?Reading the article I noticed that the xenograft tumors on which TH1902 was tested had a volume of around 100 mm3, so 0.1 ml. This is minuscule. There is no way it can validate tumor penetration on humans. It is so small in comparison with most human tumors that will be treated. Also, they are created from a single cell line, so these tumors are genetically homogenous. That explains in good part why the jump from such minuscule xenograft tumors to real tumors on real patients is such a huge jump.
