How many warrants were there?

How many warrants were there?

Can someone please fill me in. Maybe I'm remembering wrong but I though market cap was around 30 million when SP was at 0.50 cents. SP currently is at 0.38 cents and market cap is 50 million. So either I'm remembering wrong or there was a LOT of warrants and I should have been paying closer attention. Does anyone know off hand how many new shares were added?

Last time I did the math for them to be profitable at historical profit margins they needed to do about 30 million in annual sales. Given that their backlog is going to execute over the next 5 years I would say the current SP makes sense, however this is an infrastructure play for me and fully expecting them to benefit from the infrastructure spending that just got approved in the US.

Cheers
