After Hours trading looks FISHY

After Hours trading looks FISHYLMNL closed  @ $2.60  -07 down (-2.62%) so WHY would anyone bid $2.93 after the close? This stock hasn't been trading so briskly that you have to reach.  No, no, no and I bet you the stock will be even cheaper next week so why would someone bid higher??? very fishy....
