I am so bored with BS management

I can't even bother to be snarky. Management is incompetent. The BOD is only concerned with feathering their own nest. Sniff test failed. The fact that management has lied time and time again, and unabashedly, and still seems incapable of closing a deal means it is time to start an exit. I will hold a very small core position and it may take a month or two but it's time Too many better run companies out there hungry for investors.
