Thank you. That's still only 1.6 million shares. My only guess as to why I'm so confused is that I must have looked at the SP and market cap after the SP had fallen but before the majority of the shares from the public offering had hit the market (which must have hit the market at a loss to the issuers). I'm just kind of surprised to see the market cap at 50 million with the share price this low so clearly I got something mixed up.

I would consider 50 million to be a fair valuation based on current results as at 35x earnings they would need to generate 1.5 million profit which based on the DD I did a while ago I believe they would hit with 30 million in annual sales. I think there is the potential for considerable good news in the next 12 months but won't be buying any more unless SP falls to 0.30 cents or so.
