I strongly disagree.  IMO the main pumpers were lovers of this stock.   Con men who came to believe their own spiel and had visions of sugarplums dancing in their heads as they spent and re-spent the enormous profits that were certain to come.

They were right, the tremendous potential of both PH and the Mason District is alluring, but enthusiasm must be tempered with the challenges of starting up a mine.   Rarely is the news of the need to make adjustments a matter of concern – it’s a start-up for crying out loud – for the company’s success over time.   What does matter is the management’s ability to effectively resolve unexpected difficulties.   Unless someone can specifically identify errors of judgement or ineffective management, I would say that operationally this report falls into what I generally expected.
