Just Fired Off An Angry E-mail To Dany, CC to Renaud Hinse!

Just Fired Off An Angry E-mail To Dany, CC to Renaud Hinse!
Renaud Hinse
Abcourt Mines CEO

Mr. Hinse:
I am an Abcourt shareholder. You should be informed that many shareholders are unhappy with how the company has been communicating with the investment community. I have copied an e-mail which I sent to Dany Cenic-Robert, your company public relations representative. This is an important matter that needs to be dealt with in a timely fashion. It is one thing to do a competent job as a miner. But as the CEO, it is also important to properly relay that information to the potential investment community! This also needs to be done!

Here the copy of my e-mail to Dany Cenac Robert

RE: Abcourt Mines
Dany Cenac-Robert
Investor Relations For Abcourt Mines

Dany:

Do you have any updates regarding the progress at the Sleeping Giant mine? Is commercial production from SG, near the end of this year, still a possibility? Good news would certainly help the share price. It has really taken a hit. And there appears to be little buying interest now, even though the gold price still remains quite positive.

May I suggest that the company start a monthly newsletter on its website to help promote the company's shares to the retail investor. Such a letter could be a valuable source of information for potential investors who would like to be kept abreast of progress at both the Elder and Sleeping Giant mines.

It might also be helpful to use it in an effort towards establishing a better rapport between the company's management and the investment community. I have duly noted (on the Stockhouse forum) that many of the company's shareholders appear to resent the Hinse family's personal control in the company's decision making process.

As Abcourt is a publicly traded company, the need for this should be better explained to the investment community. There appears to be little information as to who will replace the CEO of the company. Such a person needs to have competence regarding the complex nature of mining these underground narrow veined systems that Abcourt operates. It is not an easy task to make this kind of mine profitable on an ongoing basis.

Future profits will certainly help if and when they do come. But it must be explained to the shareholder that this will most certainly happen. Today, few shareholders appear very convinced about this. Many shareholders readily blame management for the drop in the share price. From this perspective, perhaps they may be right?

Public relations is the job that you have been assigned. As a shareholder, I suggest that it is time to do your job.

You could also inform the CEO Renaud Hinse that it is time to take the matter of properly informing the investment community, a little more seriously!

A good monthly newsletter would help. But Renaud Hinse needs to also understand that it is important to post the company's financial numbers and MD&A discussions on Sedar in the Engish language and at the same time as it posted in French!

His apparent unwillingness to treat all present and potential future investors fairly indicates a significant amount of arrogance on his part. This is another reason why many on the Stockhouse forum feel it is now time for him to go!

Running a public company is a very serious matter! It should not be treated lightly. All matters of interest to potential investors are matters that need to be dealt with in a timely way by all the concerned company members.

I intend to repost this e-mail on the Stockhouse forum. I hope that other investors may choose to make a similar request of you!

Mr. Hinse, I believe that you are doing your best as Abcourt Mines CEO and will eventually deliver the performance that your current shareholders should expect. But many do not believe that they are being kept well informed about the progress that the company may be making and about its future plans.

It is time for your company to become more transparent to the investment community. As Abcourt is still a public company, you have an obligation to make this happen! This is another important aspect of your job!

All the best and good luck with the company's future efforts!

It is in the interest of all shareholders to make this happen.

And all shareholders matter! Not just a few!

Stockhouse members, if your are serious, keep the pressure on!

Don't rely on just one single forum member to do your very own job!

                                                         That's not fair to him!

We all have an vested interest! It's up to you to do your part.

                                                              Talk to Dany!

But also send your remarks to the top! If only to make sure that they get there!

Let Renaud Hinse also better understand your concerns.

He also understands the English language plainly spoken or written!

                                                             All the best! Java
