The Company advances in two gold projects, namely Tower Gold Project in the Timmins Mining Camp in Ontario and the Colomac Gold Project located north of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Its Tower Gold Project is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) east of Timmins and hosts a total indicated resource of approximately 4.46 million ounces (Moz) contained gold and a total inferred resource of 8.29 Moz contained gold. The Tower Gold Project hosts nine gold deposits along a nine km long mineralized corridor. The Colomac Gold Project is an open-pit gold project in the Northwest Territories, Canada, 200 km north of the capital city and mining hub Yellowknife. The Colomac Gold Project represents a series of high-grade open pit gold deposits, and gold mineralization remains open on all directions.

Venezuela has defaulted on their debts & yet we are supposed to believe they are going to scratch together 750 million to pay a capitalist gold miner "because they have to"? According to whom? Because they owe Russia billions. When you default on your bonds, foreign financiers cry & jump out of buildings. When you default to Russia, you are the one crying & jumping. Russia is literally strong arm squeezing Venezuela & they still havent been paid in full. There is literally physical harm to pay if you dont pay Russia. But Venezuela will pay a capitalist money they dont have & cant borrow "because they have to." This is like the Miami Cubans waving the deeds to the property they still own in Cuba for the cameraa, because its theirs, they never sold it . Whatever Venezuela owes Gold Reserve, the only way to get paid is by assets confiscated outside Venezuela.
