Only for clarification an example. Did your broker told you that :

If you give for example a limit sell order to your broker over 100,000 PVG shares you own on your brokers account, that this does not reduce the available quantity (available total number) of PVG shares for borrowers (= short sellers) at your broker by those 100,000 shares ?
And  that this does not influence the current indicative and real borrow (=short selling) fee rate for PVG shares at your broker in any way ??

This would be new for me, thus I am rather nosy to learn more about it.

What I had read until now about short selling conditions at my brokers instructions sounded different to me.
