TD Analyst covering XBC

I don't know how Tipranks evaluates and ranks analysts, but I'm a bit suspcious on how forgiving he is on BLDP and NARG (esp. giving it a lofty $40 price target) and brutal towards XBC.

Tipranks currently has him ranked at the very bottom, he is in the bottom 5%, with about 342 out of 7623 analysts below him. Not sure if a snapshot ranking is representative on his abilitiy to analyze a company but that's where he's at now, maybe having a rough patch.
