RE:Upcoming Drilling Program

RE:Upcoming Drilling ProgramGutterGuy, the only good part about this pullback in price is it represents a buying opportunity for those wanting to build a bigger position. I don't think fundamentally anything has changed, perhaps Derek has something planned like a financing to raise some cash, let's face it, they could do $2M here with only 2 M share dilution. TOC traded only 16,000 shares on Friday and 59,000 shares on Thursday, so I suspect with little buying this could rebound. However, all of this depends on whether Derek has a plan in the short term, if they plan is to drag this out over the next month or two with nothing happening, I suspect we are going to see much lower prices. I say this without knowing anything and it is just my opinion having seen this many times before, but it is summer, there are now shorts around TOC, and a further shaking of the tree by the shorts to create doubt will likely push the price lower and lower until there is a bottom when buyers will start to step back in . I am sure this has come as a surprise to many of the buyers in Germany, but this is common in the Canadian markets, buy on rumour and sell on news, and then continue to sell when the shorts scare people down to the bid. Volume is low, this is one very good thing and the share structure hasn't changed. Everytime I get involved with a company that says they didn't take the cash because they are worth more (like Derek said he didn't take the $20M), they often live to regret that decision when the price starts to pull back signifdicantly and they loose control of the narrative. Let's face it, there was a lot of selling by Anonymous over $1.40. Where are they now, I thought it was because of the last PP holders selling to exercise their warrants but Derek hasn't put out a press release forcing the exercise (they may not put out a release and just announce at some point that the warrants have been exercised and the cash is in the bank) . Also, the talk about the demand they were getting from shareholders in the US but didn't have trading access, so they listed on the OTC, and no buyers have appeared. In my experienc, US speculators are even more ruthless than Canadian shareholder. My conclusion, this should all be shortlived, I am looking longer term provided they deliver something soon, like in 2-3 months that shows me we are going into production, drilling, perhaps an offer to buy the company, a significant capital raise, or a forced JV if need be. So I will wait, buy if the price goes lower and essentially hope for the best. Good Luck. I do believe they are potentially sitting on an economical open pit mine with 0.41 g/t being econimical because of the surface find at Pilar and other similar mines in production in the area.
