The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. RE:RE:RE:RE:Metal: The issue depends on the GeologySure but they need way, way more than 39% to do that... more like 80% to have an uncontestable forced buy-out of the minority holders if I remember correctly, and they cannot do it under multiple names colluding without breeching securities laws.

Presently, he is Head Director of Franco Nevada...

prior to this - like Mike..  he was the founding father of NCI.. He started NCI and located an investor who would give it a shot..

i rather suspect Vlad and Tom - know each other well   !!!!

he was asked to re-join the NCI board of directors a couple years ago  ???
with stork prices this low..  there is a risk of this mine being swiped and taken private - and these are they guys who would make that kind of move...  its thier money...  our speculations
