That being said, for months now many here have being crying that Quarterhill has not made any significant purchases, as if it would be the big answer to all our prayers....well here you have it, as this is a significant enough purchase to add $$$ to annual sales and profits, imho

I like the financing split to keep our powder dry for ongoing business as usual plus looking for further enhancements style acquisitions

Like you said "We shall see"
