Asset Dropdown to Tidewater Renewables Has Changed?
The preliminary prospectus indicated the value of the asset dropdown from TWM to renewables as $585 million.  The final prospectus has the value at around $535 million.  Anybody know what changed?  Was the asset value adjusted, or was something removed from the asset transfer?
