2020 was a very solid year at 64 cents eps. We can't expect a repeat of 1st half performance in the 2nd half but even with minimal earnings, they will easily surpass $1 eps.
Investors appear to be too focused on lumber futures (which by the way, are expected to rebound this fall).
Lumber futures vs wholesale/retail prices are a lot like oil & gas prices.
When oil prices decrease, it takes a long period before those decreases show up at the gas pump .. but when oil prices increase (or if there's even events that may cause them to increase) gas prices go up almost immediately.
