For almost 4 years we have all listened to Roger saying the time is not right to Spin-out COEX he diluted our shares every year spinning drills for Cobalt however we wants to let 75M more shares participate to finance the JCU Uranium purchase....Give me a break, I'm guessing if the board doesn't take action against Roger they will all be replaced next June
