thats about rite !   the bloggers pik on Pala and his Son...

they don't realize - he came in here when nobody and nobody - mines/inc were building Copper..

the area where NIC is platted sits next to Anaconda - few spits' down the street; the mine was designated as a superfund site..

barrik had arrived and bak in 2000..  the mines besides Newmonts Carlin Trend..  were glory hole buket loaders..

U would go up to these sites..  no gates..  guys in T shirts - no caps or yellow vest; miners were living 6 to 8 on old mobile homes sitting on dirt..


accidents and death were the rule of the day..  Elko was a town of 20 foot trailers, covered in plywood..  basically a little shott hole in the desert between Reno and Salt Lake..

State of Nevada Mines  ??  they would sho up for the investigations..  U never heard or read of them in any of the local papers..  in this time period.. the only industry regulated were beauty parlors and medical personell...

Payla came in during this time period...  he has been here for some time - how long i don't know; he goes bak as far as Tom Alabnese when he came in from RIO..

will Payla lite a fuse ?  i don't kno ?  money has a lot to doo with,..  but then again he is a one man band...

as to the leaky mine...   as a long term hoolder of NCI - we ot I knew this would happen to the stok @ 3000tpd..  we also new that 3000 tpd pays the basic bills..  i hav it as a better than good bet - the state of nevada has NCI on a conditional level deficiency; regarding the vents..

the mine couod pull more than 3K - but thier permit is currently restricted to 3000 and thats why we are seeing news flashes that 6500 will B allowed whe n in full production/hoisting

did nevada settle for 6500 when the nameplate was 5000 - during the response period to the conditional level deficiency..  this is when you can change a permit or lisc - prior to annual inspections and filings.

i work in the medical buisness i hav a nevada lisc..  this is how the game is played..  whe U get hit w a CLDefic..  U are seriously getting hit in the pocket..

not all is bad...  its very doubtfull that copper - even w a meddelsom chicom - commies will go below 3.65...

and yes..  20 cents for jan wts..  helol those will exercise in the mud..lol
