RE:Perking??Whats Perking is the hope of something meaningful out of this upcomming Sept 10 meeting.  Hoping for some positive news on where the company is going and any future developments.  If you check the AGM notes number 4 got my attention. 

" to transact such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting or any postponement or adjournment thereof" 

Time will tell,

Stock has got some good action on this assumption, hopefully it keeps climbing
