So GTI and AYR

are taking out Cultivauna, a cannabis bottler for $20 million upfront and another $40 million to come based on production and sales, I assume.

I don't know Dyck about Cultivauna other than they are up and running, licenses and have some products.

The big news from this deal is that our competition sees value in beverages.

I'll see what I can dig up but they are a private company.
