News commentClosed prior announced deal ( thus not really new news )
MEDV has payroll obligations and likely has lag time for revenue collectons ( cash is dear )
275k seems cheap cash outlay
More shares printed is bad ( MEDV has ~400 million shares )
$5 bucks per C19 unit sold back to the seller seems high but hey, cash is dear and dilution sucks
My thought is 400m share count is why comments not forth-coming ?
