Go figure! Vlad bought shares worth $1.5million

Go figure! Vlad bought shares worth $1.5million In early August of 2021. He paid 23 cents

Clearly his son who is on the PALA board  doesn't talk to Vlad!

Also Vlad is showed as owning almost 700 million shares !

Question with quarterly results coming out would Vlad be able to buy??

Am I correct that rather than showing PALA as the shareholder they show Vlad???

Also the chairman of the PALA board Stephen Gill in his CV on the PALA website does not mention being chair of the NCU board of directors?

Again as noted earlier the only reference to NCU is in the CVs of some of the employees!

What do all these things tell us?
