RE:Legit Question about JCU deal

RE:Legit Question about JCU dealPrice per pound would be unchanged, they likely would have had to sell more than double the shares given would represent increase in float of about 50%. That sort of overhang would be more pressure on the stock and brokers would want a even bigger discount.

Remwmber, part of the reason for the discount and warrant is to offset the 4 month restricted period. Sure none of us imagine this going lower, but if there is a general market crash or liquidity event that is a huge risk to hold 25% or even 50% of the float and being unable to sell a stock that has been as low as $.12 in the last year.
