RE:RE:RE:RE:confusedThe swap for Captiva shares is a good thing. Because if you believe in Binovi longterm... you can now still keep holding it through Captiva. And the Captiva share price for its company before this buyout was already on a huge pullback since July 2020. So the Captiva share price is already attractively low as it stands now. After/if they buy it Binovi for $0.07/share... there's still upside for holding Captiva shares because it was already low before buying Binovi and more upside from buying out Binovi at a discount. The share swap is a good thing for bag holders that bought way higher. If willing to hold Captiva shares longterm... you still own Binovi longterm. Except now derisked... because it will be one larger more financially sustainable company as a whole, since Captiva is already doing well.
