RE:RE:Hmmmm .......... Captiva ???That's a good type of dilution because they would be acquiring Binovi for dirt cheap... with huge longterm upside. Examples of bad dilution is when a company issues more shares for more money to throw at bad product or losing business model. Dilution to acquire a company for dirt cheap with huge upside is looked upon well by the markets. As soon as the official news comes out... arbitrator buyers will buy at 7 cents minus a small discount. A guaranteed profit for them. The only reason they're not right now is in case the offer is rejected by the shareholders board. I don't think they'll reject it because they can still keep their stake in Captiva.
