Naturally Splendid CEO Craig Goodwin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to bring news, the company has signed a definitive agreement to become the exclusive Canadian manufacturer and distributor for an extensive line of plant-based, meat-alternative products with Flexitarian Foods from Australia. Goodwin telling Proactive, the exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights are for an initial 10-year term with a 10-year renewable term.
