RE:RE:RE:Abcourt's Large Investors and their Predicament

RE:RE:RE:Abcourt's Large Investors and their PredicamentMaybe you all think it is easy to  participate in a AGM meeting and shake the Board of directors
and have strait answers.
One share holder asking questions has no effect.
The agenda of the meeting is to present the annual report , maybe Dany might have a small presentation and Mr Hinse speaks a few word and only a few minutes left to discuss serious concerns because you are told that the BOD have a meeting scheduled at 11am and followed by lunch.

Also no board members are sitting in front of the assembly ready to answer any questions except Mr Hinse.
How can a shy man have any effect and control an assembly. Maybe all of you can but i cannot.

The next AGM might be in Rouyn Noranda .(12 hrs drive from Montreal). That could be a way of eliminating  all unwanted presence.

Maybe when Dany reads my comments he might be in a position to have the AGM in a more accessible place to more share holders.
Maybe  a zoom meeting can also be included and all share holders with concerns can express themself without relying on one presence at the AGM to represents all.

Maybe board meeting after AGM and lunch should be cancelled or postpone until all share holders concerns have been adressed.
It is easy to post or write but not that easy to control a meeting.
Fernand
