May as well face facts. Cipher misrepresented itself to Bausch as a going concern able to competently assume marketing and sales duties for its inlicensed product. There will be no Trulance deal -- at least not one that involves anything other than Cipher paying damages to Bausch. By some measures, Cipher is no longer a going concern. It has no field force.
