increased seems unlikely. I would have just got the first one shipped and put in a larger second order immediately. Somewhat like the rush order. Seems to me they are waiting for factual sales data and roll out plan, since it was all originally just predictions. Predictions made for a relatively new market that is probably pretty hard to gauge accurately.
