Seriously; look at EIT's holdings. Diversified across the U.S. & Canada; sectors that will withstand a market correction. While paying $0.10 per share per month.

Since I am in the dividend reinvestment concept, last years prices after the drop was a good thing. This year at over $12 a share, not so much... Yet in the long term view if things, I am very comfortable holding my shares.

Seriously - look at any mutual fund with diversified Narth Americsn funds. EIT is holding up quite well; so I am not selling...
