Depends on the wording of the LOI agreement. Odds are they have no binding contracts for aquisitions. In the past they reported LOI's for promotional reasons but got stung once, per Crawford.
The share price should rise before earnings release, as per usual. But I suspect they will not meet analyst expectations, based on Crawfords own comment re organic growth percentage, that poster Trademark pointed out. I think Trademarks's projection will be pretty accurate. IMO
So after earnings release, I will look ar buying. IE lower share price caused by sell on news and possible miss on analyst expectations headlines, than hope for an active aquisition new after that for a profitable trade.
