RE:Options to be acquired ?Any insights?
well the following... not very insightful but anyways..
when you are the principal and you make the rules and you know the future.......
YOU MAKE THE BIG BUCKS.
ALWAYS WAS... ALWAYS WILL BE.
Question; typically options are given as an incentive to management to drive value (this being the most anti-capitalist action as it puts you in a non lose situation) but is it really necessary for the principal to receive such options when he is already incentivised by virtue of the fact that he owns such a big portion of the company?
Personally, I think not.
