HyGear electrolyzer sales - a hidden gem?

HyGear electrolyzer sales - a hidden gem? Just noticed TD analyst put an updated report and maintained a $12 target price on cleantech electrolyzer stock, Next Hydrogen (NXH).

If they can commerciaize their tech, sales proj. for 2021 is $1.8M, for 2022 is $4.1M giving it a multiple of 53X and 29X EV/sales respectively.

That $12 target price translates to a market cap of $264M (or half of XBC's market cap based on the same analyst's $3.50 target price for XBC).

Is HyGear a hidden gem worth the same or more that Next Hydrogen should HyGear currently have $2 to $4M in commercial sales for their electrolyzers: or is Next Hydrogen being given a favorable pie in the sky valuation (as it appears for ANRG as well) by the TD analyst? Intriguing.
