StageZero Life Sciences, Ltd. is a Canada-based vertically integrated healthcare company. yes James did say Care is break even but Richard Huston our new board member commented during the Q&A that they are growing 70% annually. The NR also states Care
Adds ~$4 million in annual revenue and is immediately accretive to StageZero

as for the shares the NR says they will be issued in payment to Care. As in new shares. To my knowledge Stage does not carry any inventory of shares.

The Acquisition is subject to approval from the TSX.
