RE:RE:Has Clear Path to Acquire Inter Pipeline Ltd. The way BIP.UN keeps reminding IPL shareholders to remember to tender their shares, I'm thinking they might not even hit the threshold they need to take up the shares offered.  Wouldn't that be a kick in the teeth.  Maybe at that point Pembina comes back into the picture.......??
