BULL RIVER = BROWNFIELD Bull River - has only seen open pit mining.
Essentially, the mine below grade is a brand new mine.
The hangover ?
Tailings.
Increase in prodcution.
Two perfect hangups that place the junior at odds,
having to up grade the mine equiptment to process more ores.
As for tailings - i've actually read on file this mine has asked for a tailings permt since 2016.
Stop and really think abou t that - 2016.
Where to put the tailings?
yet.. the tailings have minerals with in.
And as mentioned in prior posts - i would rather see the junior work the tailings over and extract a few more minerals - than ship it out in a - 25% copper con while others profit.
You know... other reports have indicated other mineral credits such as zinc + mag.
And who knows - perhaps cobaltite as well...
Not to mention what would the carbon content reveal ?
Carbon is a very saught after mineral.
Carbon sells for - $1200/t
Junior waits for years to beg for a tailings permit -
until....the junior submits to a 25% con.
What a way to reduce the tailing ores...lol
Ship 75% waste with a 25% concentrate.
With potential mineral credits with in.
Yeah... open up the ocean contract.
Who knows what it entials.
Contract may have been - inked - with ocean buying the copper con directly from the
junior and ocean deals with the refinery - ocean recieves - kickbacks - extra mineral credits ?
Perhaps.
25% sure does make a quick fix of what ot do with the tailings.
Shipping 75% waste ores with minerals makes for an easy - tailings disappearing act.
And... If every junior is guided down this 25% con path -
What could be the causative ?
Delayed permitting since - 2016 - is it any wonder why the 25% con is so popular ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd do it all differently....
I'd bypass the - export mineral kings - ( pirates )
and set the operation up with a co factor partner refiner.
I'd rely on my 93% recovery of copper.
And... sell the copper con at a valued 93% profit.
I wouldn't bow to the 25% con game.
I'd then, involve the local first nations.
Bypassing the refineries overseas.
I'd JV with hte local natives and have them buy my copper, gold, silver credits at a 93% value.
I'd extract the potential carbon credits out of the waste ores and cobaltite.
I'd have a potential 5 mineral credit production.
First nations...
i'm sure have access to funding - all sorts avail to first nations.
.
Local first nations - flips the bill for an electrolysis plant.
BH has now arranged their future sale of cons.
At top prices - 93% profits.
Some might say...
there would be no profit for the electrolyssi plant ?
I'd then say.. .contimplate the potential.
BG earns a 93% profit on - copper, gold silver - 93% concentrate.
copper might fetch - $6,600/t -
cobalite ?
carbon ?
if one just isolates the copper con and if BH fetched $6,600 per 93% tonne
thwt leaves a good $3,000 buffer for the refiner.
Same goes for, cobaltite.
Carbon - if applicable - BH selsl it wholesale by the tonne.
As for al lthe other minerlas credits ?
zinc, mag, and well,,,, look at all those minerals in the tills at base of ranges ?
Yeah... ores already in a fine till state.
Whose to say an electrolysis plant couldn't profit with those tills with minerals ?
Aluminum was showing a good 2% profit.
There was even titanium, thorium, and many more.
What if...
BH - inked a JV with a profit sharing on all other minerals asixde of the core 5 ?
Treat the second operation as a tailings business.
The run xost numbers actaully launch not form all the mine costs but rather from recieving already milled ores - similar to a - junior wanting to mine tailings.
Once - copper, gold, silver, potentials are paid - with top concentrate dollar. via
93% grade profit - from natives - allows the natives a good $3,000 buffer to perform refining of the metals. All mineral profits are kept in b.c. till metal is fully refined.
BH - has just stremlined their operation,
dig, scoop, mill float, 93% copper, gold, silver, cobaltite, cons.
Carobon is a potential.
One can think globally - losing profits.
Or, think locally - maximizing profits.
Remaining tailings are washed, sent back down hole where once they came.
No tailings above grade.
Doesn't Ian have past experience dealing with first nations ?
Hello, hello.
25% con contracts
Takes the profits away from the - junior and shareholder.
Minimum profits that basically just cover the costs to pull the minerals .
Junior has ensured a future job, but what about the shareholders ?
There's no vantage for a shareholder with a 25% concentrate.
But... if revamped - with the plan above or something similar -
shareholders have a greater odds of seeing - significant value.
The contract was signed too quickly.
Mine and above grade ores in stockpiles should have seen further scrutiny pertaining to
extra mineral credits.
The options above allow the junior to run a small operation while maximizing their 93% recovery while fetching top dollar.
And... allows for a potantial secondary business that facilitate the 93% concentrate and affords al lthe more jobs - all based on small scale while maximizing top dollar for the minerals . No need for expansion when one fetches far higher prices.
Global trade or Local trade ?
Quick lesson on economics.
Wink.
Can you imagine the economics with a junior paid appropriayely for a 93% concentrate ?
If the junior can recover 93% then why sel la 25% concentrate.
Can't break a contract ?
Simply dump the 25% total weight of copper con in 75% water.
There's your 25% concentrarte.
Now.. work over the waste ores with other minerals.
Yup - I like seeing a junior bring maximum value for shareholders.
Investors sit for years in stocks only to see minimum value or lose their shirt with bad moves made by the junior, junior swinging deals with other partners that take from the investor.
It all starts with - hang ups - that eventually coach the junior into a pigeon hole of 25% con.
Own opinion,
Take it - Leave it - Throwit away.
Just how i see things.
Small operation doesn't have to run thier model like the larger copper miners who have weaker grades - a small junior with higher grades could dramatically see exponential profits if the mine modle were revamped.
Cheers....
