Few things important to note:
- None of these guys take management fees over the work being conducted on the projects. It’s a known fact the industry is loaded with this racket, do some DD you will find them, I’m not here to point finger.
- In 2020, even with the pay cut, DG took all his bonus and put it back into the private placement at the end of the year and MN did almost the same with his paycheck. Look your SEDI fillings.
Honestly, this is normal payout. But I have seen a lot worse than that. If you are jealous of the paycheck, you should ask yourself if you could do that job? Would you be good at it? And would count the hours on the job (max 35 hours a week) or be full on almost all the time ( not mentioning having to deal with some major BS coming from stupid peoples)
