Plug Power and HyGEAR

Plug Power and HyGEARThis is an article from 2016 regarding the association between Plug Power and HyGEAR to provide turnkey on site hydrogen production.  Does anyone know if it is still true that HyGEAR is associated with Plug Power.  If so, the synergy of the two companies should be beneficial for both as the push continues for hydrogen.  Using RNG in the HyGEAR unit, the hydrogen should be Green Hydrogen and at a significant price reduction from Green Hydrogen produced by electrolysis of water at wind/solar/hydro facilities.  Not only is production from RNG cheaper, the onsite Plug Power unit would not require the new infrastructure to get the hydrogen to the end user.  Sounds like a Win/Win for Plug Power and HyGEAR (Xebec Adsorption).
