Yes but if the batteries last only max 8 years (in perfect settings - hope you're not in Canada where it can get to minus 40) get ready for a hefty price to replace them.. provided they are not obsolete.. what about the coming electrical price increases with no competition as the gas companies provide for refills.. oh and don't forget about the brown/black outs that will leave you without options unless of course you spend 10's of thousands of dollars on a solar system, or maybe a 100G for a windmill.. I hope you enjoy your eutopian lifestyle..??
