Is anyone out there!!??

Is anyone out there!!??Interesting that both TD and Canaccord have a $9 target price but they have not updated since spring even though TGO reported recently.   With what the CAD telcos paid for spectrum lately, TGO should sell for 10X its current stock price.    WHAT IS GOING ON!!???
