Because on the surface it looked like a good opportunity and I still think it  can get back to .70 cdn but I realized around March of this year we were dealing with deficient and somewaht dishonest management.  Sold ealier on but still took a loss.  Which is ok as I will be able to offsett on gains elsewere.  Looking to recoup some $$ buying down here because think it is worth more than the current market cap and this is a good window of opportunity fundamentally and also for a buyout.
