"Shares that can be purchased daily pursuant to the Bid may not exceed 21,422 Shares, representing 25% of the average daily trading volume of the Shares for the six-month period ended July 31, 2021. These daily maximums are subject to certain exceptions prescribed by the TSX, including the "block purchase exemption"" It's going to take 5-6 months to buy the whole 5% without block purchases.
