RE:RE:RE:RE:NCIBpretty interesting that they only bought back just over over 300,000 shares last year when they had authorization to purchase many more (2 million?). So why didn;t they use this authorization? I can think of three possible reasons:
1) they thought the stock was too expense even at $3. 
2) they had better uses for the cash (doesn't seem like it based on the balance sheet change from quarter to quarter though)
3) they are ok with the stock price going lower for some reason that I don't even want to say out loud. 
But I agree with you. If they aren't buying 21000 shares per day at these prices, then maybe they want this think to be a penny stock. And it will be. 
Anyway, don't own any more than you can afford to lose.
