Does anybody remember…

Does anybody remember…What were the terms, and the timing, of RD removal as CEO several years back following regulator investigation? Is it possible that some of the conditions have now, or soon will, expire? Perhaps Arkady can now resume his rightful role as CEO? Just wondering....I am on vacation working off an iPhone right now so tough to go etback and research timing without my computer
