Private Placements !!!After reading up on Private Placements ...makes me think this was part of the reason for our extended halt ...and why we got a new name right after unhalted ...and going back to nr when they first mentioned PP ... now knowing more ... hoping that was when they first approached tsxv ...cause it takes 4 to 6 wks when stk is involved to settle.. and now we got a nr with the particulars ...so thinking we are almost there...any moment for our next nr tsxv completed ....which could followed quickly with nr of start date.. Amazigh I think my thoughts are much clearer this morning....knowledge is good...you just need to DD ... gltal
